Integrity Testing Integrity testing is a pre-interview screening tool and the first step in a comprehensive employee screening strategy.
Interview & Offer An employer will hold conventional candidate interviews and select the candidate(s) who appears to be best fit for the open position(s). These candidates will be issued a conditional offer of employment.
Post Offer Screening & Establish Baseline Once conditional offers of employment are issued a company will implement a post-offer screening strategy.
Place Employee In Position - After the candidate has passed the integrity testing, interview, screening, and physical capacity testing place the new hire in a position in which they are mentally and physically qualified.
