MaryRose Cusimano Reaston, Ph.D. is the chief scientific officer and founder of Emerge Diagnostics. She developed the Electrodiagnostic Functional Assessment (EFA), is a noted author on the technology, and serves as an expert witness in the field. Dr. Cusimano Reaston was awarded Risk & Insurance’s Risk Innovator of the Year for 2012, as well as a Liberty Mutual Responsibility Leader in Workers’ Compensation. She received her Ph.D. from Sierra College and her B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles.

Toby Soboleski

Toby Soboleski  is a field claims specialist at Strategic Comp and has been cleaning up workers' compensation claims disasters since 2001.  Having dealt with thousands of claims Toby has developed an aggressive claim handling strategy to ensure all costs paid on a claim are legitimate.
