New content is released on a monthly basis.  Each month there is a new or updated live stream training, as well as a new or updated step-by-step implementation guide mailed to members based on the monthly training topic.

What skills do I need to get the most out of WC Mastery?

WC Mastery members have a range of skills, from brand new to workers' compensation, to 30 year veterans. Those brand new to workers' compensation are recommended to start with our WC Newcomers course.

What if I want to cancel? Am I locked into a contract?

Membership is on a month-month basis, there is no long-term contract.

How long does it take to complete a Master Class / Certification?

Each master class is approximately one hour. The classes are broken into chunks of 5-15 minute sections and are separated with three short quizzes to improve your ability to apply the knowledge learned.

Most certifications require the completion of approximately 10 master classes, plus a final exam. Our most advanced certification, the Best-In-Class program requires 24 master classes.  The classes could be completed in less than one month.  However, the average time to complete the certification is 3-12 months.

The final exam takes 3-4 hours to complete.

Once I become a member, where should I start?

The first place to start is to determine your OUTCOME goal, or what you want to learn to DO with the training.  Next, you will choose one of our Certification specialties: Return to Work, Insurance Advisor, Fraud-Investigation-Litigation, or WC Claims Management. Once a specialty is chosen, follow the curriculum in order.

If you are brand new to workers' compensation, it is recommend you start with the WC Newcomers course.
