"Got me a raise as well as a title change!"

"My certification went a long way and got me a raise as well as a title change! I love the courses and content and I think this should be REQUIRED for anyone going into the WC field.

I stumbled upon this program and feel that is has not only taught me new things but also reinforced some of the simple things that we are doing that keep our program running strong.  As I went through the courses I was able to assess where we currently stand and compare to best practices.  One of the courses that stood out to me was “How to Train Supervisors to become Worker’s Comp Advocates”.  While our supervisors are good….I know they can be better!  I have a list of things that I would like to improve and I am sure that we will get there, step by step.

I thought that the test was challenging.  I liked that it was more of a written exam rather than all multiple choice as those can be deceptive.  I felt like I had to prove what I know which makes the designation that much more meaningful.  I was prepared in that I knew where to look for answers but did not have to regurgitate things word for word."
